Seminar-Training on the Topic «Ғылымдағы әйел көшбасшылар: білім мен лидерліктің тоғысы».

On February 11, 2026, organized by PhD, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Biophysics, Biomedicine, and Neuroscience of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology, Ussipbek Botagoz Abdykhanqyzy, a seminar-training was held by Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Biophysics, Biomedicine, and Neuroscience, Murzakhemetova Mayra Kabdraushevna, on the topic «Ғылымдағы әйел көшбасшылар: білім мен лидерліктің тоғысы». The event was attended by faculty members and students of the department. The aim of the seminar-training was to develop the leadership qualities of women in the scientific field, support their professional growth, and integrate educational and leadership competencies.

During the event, the role of women leaders in science was highlighted. Participants received valuable information on effective communication, decision-making, and team management skills. In addition, challenges on the path of professional development and ways to overcome them were discussed. Murzakhemetova Mayra Kabdraushevna shared her professional and scientific experience, describing her personal journey in science and the stages of her development. She elaborated on the key steps in her growth as a researcher and leader, emphasizing the importance of determination, systematic scientific work, and continuous professional improvement. The examples from her own practice increased participants’ interest in scientific work and motivated them to develop leadership skills in the future.
