«The New Progressive Constitution is the Pillar of Our Unity»
As part of the implementation of the "Law and Order" concept, the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory, together with the Center for Public Development of the Almaty City Department of Internal Policy, organized a meeting with young people.
The event was attended by Kanat Alikhan, a Master of Laws and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Faculty of Law, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, who presented a report on the draft new Constitution.
Particular attention was paid to strengthening the principle of "Law and Order." During the meeting, it was emphasized that the priority of human rights and freedoms, the rule of law, and personal responsibility of citizens are the foundation for building a just and secure society.
Active young people and experts exchanged views on the role of each citizen in implementing constitutional values and shaping the legal culture of a new generation.
