Considering learning as a multi-level pedagogical process, teachers of the Department of Russian Philology and World Literature, on Feburary 12, 2026 S.A. Turbekova and U.D. Akhmetbayeva, organized a viewing and discussion of the film "Beyish 2: A Letter to a Mother" directed by Ruslan Akun as part of the SDG-4 implementation. The film has enormous pedagogical potential. It can be considered as a visual aid for the formation of emotional intelligence, civic responsibility and ethical foundations of personality. The students of the 1st year of the FFiP FMO noted that the theme "Paradise under the feet of mothers", being the foundation of the film, is revealed through the relationship between mother and son and makes you think about the value of simple human relationships, about human kindness and mutual assistance, about the problems of difficult relationships between parents and children, the lack of spiritual satisfaction among people, the problem of devaluation of benefits. The film teaches responsibility for one's neighbor. In a world where individualism thrives, "Paradise under the feet of mothers" reminds that a person becomes a Human Being only through service to others. Watching a movie does not educate a "consumer of services", but a "creator of meanings". The deep emotional experiences of the film's storylines enrich students with the experience of other people's lives and develop their spiritual and moral qualities.
