An instructional and methodological seminar on the experience of teaching Chinese at Mordovian State University was held.

       On February 23, Ph.D Doctor of the Department of Sinology Saparbayeva Nurzhan Baltazhanovna conducted a teaching and methodological seminar entitled “Experience in Teaching the Chinese Language at Mordovia University.”

      The seminar comprehensively addressed contemporary approaches and methodologies of teaching Chinese applied in foreign higher education institutions, as well as presented practical examples of organizing the educational process and developing teaching and learning materials. Particular attention was paid to adapting pedagogical technologies to students’ levels of language proficiency, developing communicative competence, and fostering intercultural skills.

      The event contributed to the activation of professional dialogue, the exchange of best pedagogical practices between teachers and students, and the strengthening of academic cooperation, as well as to improving the quality of Chinese language instruction.
