Seminar-Training on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in Support of SDGs 3 and 4

On February 23, a seminar-training on the prevention and control of infectious diseases was held at the Faculty of Medicine and Healthcare, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, at the Department of Fundamental Medicine. The event was conducted by Aliya Kamalovna Kudaibergenova with students of the GM 25-03 group.The seminar addressed routes of transmission of infectious diseases, preventive measures, and the importance of sanitary-hygienic standards and infection control. Students prepared posters focused on combating infections and pathogenic microorganisms. The seminar aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3 - Good Health and Well-being, and also contributes to the implementation of SDG 4 - Quality Education.
