A team-building event was organized for the students of Group 103 of the Faculty of Journalism at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University at the “Tau-Turan” recreation center by curator Galiya Maikotova.
The main objective of the event was to enhance student cohesion, develop teamwork skills, and strengthen mutual trust. During the outdoor activity, participants engaged in specially designed team games and training sessions, completing tasks aimed at reinforcing cooperation within the group.
The team-building program helped identify students’ leadership qualities and foster a sense of responsibility and mutual support. Moreover, such informal gatherings encourage open discussion beyond the academic environment and stimulate creative engagement.
The event was held at a high organizational level and left a positive impression on the students.
