Preliminary Defense of a Doctoral Student Held at the Department of Chemical Physics and Materials Science
On February 2026, a preliminary defence of a doctoral student was held at the Department of Chemical Physics and Materials Science. The defence took place within the framework of the educational program 6D074000/8D07113 – “Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology in Chemistry.”
The preliminary defence was attended by doctoral student Nurgain Araylym.
The scientific supervisors of Nurgain A. are Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Professor Meruert Nazhipkyzy (Republic of Kazakhstan, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University) and PhD Alfe Michella (Italy, Institute of Science and Technology for Sustainable Energy and Mobility).
During the preliminary defence, the main results of the doctoral research were presented, and recommendations were given for their further improvement.
