Promoting a healthy lifestyle among young people is an important step toward the future. Caring for one’s health from an early age provides a solid foundation for achieving significant goals. A proper daily routine, regular physical activity, nutritious diet, and avoidance of harmful habits are the key pillars of a successful individual.

To support this goal, an educational training titled “Health is  the Greatest Value” was conducted for students. During the event, participants received informative content about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and learned ways to develop beneficial habits. The training covered not only physical aspects of health but also spiritual and social dimensions, and explained the principles of living a balanced life.

Participants were given simple and effective tips applicable to daily life, and the importance of preventive health culture was emphasized. As a result, students gained a deep understanding of the significance of taking responsibility for their health and drew valuable conclusions for themselves.
