Leadership Lecture: "Find Your Voice: The Path of a Woman Leader"

      On March 4, 2026, a leadership lecture titled "Find Your Voice: The Path of a Woman Leader" was held in Auditorium 328 of the Faculty of Philology. The lecture was delivered by Anna Danchenko, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Print and Electronic Media at the Faculty of Journalism.

   The lecture covered the role of women leaders in modern society, obstacles and opportunities in professional development, building a personal brand, public speaking skills, and the importance of women’s voices in the media space. Drawing on her own experience, the speaker provided practical examples of demonstrating confidence in professional environments, taking responsibility, and developing an active civic stance.

    Anna Danchenko shared her journey to success, emphasizing that achieving one’s goals depends primarily on the individual—their determination, persistence, and ability to seize opportunities. She highlighted that one of her most valuable habits for personal growth and maintaining motivation is reading, and recommended some of her favorite books to the students, including The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy and Go Where It Scares You: That’s Where You’ll Find Your Strength by Jim Lawless.

   In addition, she offered advice on financial literacy, overcoming self-doubt, ignoring negative comments, and the importance of diligence.

    This lecture contributed to students’ personal development, clarified their positions, and helped define professional goals. Furthermore, the ideas shared were aimed at promoting mutual respect, equal opportunities, and the principles of a fair society.
