On March 5, 2026, a cultural and educational event titled “Kazakh Woman – the Mirror of the Nation: Tradition and Modern Responsibility” was held at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The event was organized by the curator-advisors of the Department of General and Inorganic Chemistry.
The meeting was held within the framework of sustainable development values and Abai’s concept of the “Perfect Human” (Tolyk Adam). The event focused on discussing the role of Kazakh women in modern society, as well as issues of education, professional development, and social responsibility.
As part of the program, students presented a creative performance titled “Monologue of a Modern Kazakh Woman”, reflecting the aspirations and responsibilities of young women in contemporary society. Examples of successful Kazakh women who achieved significant results in science, education, and public life were also highlighted.
The event aimed to promote national values, moral education, and the principles of Abai’s concept of a harmoniously developed personality.
