Master Class on the Use of GenAI Tools in Developing Educational and Methodological Complexes and Learning Ethics
On March 5, 2025, a master class titled “Opportunities for Using GenAI Tools in the Development of Educational and Methodological Complexes and Learning Ethics” was held at the Department of Geography, Land Management and Cadastre.
During the event, participants discussed the possibilities of using generative artificial intelligence in the educational process. Examples of applying GenAI tools in the preparation of teaching and methodological materials, development of educational content, and organization of the learning process were presented. Special attention was given to issues of academic integrity and ethical aspects of using artificial intelligence technologies in education. The capabilities of GenAI were presented, and ways of effectively using time while creating high-quality content were discussed.
The master class speaker, O.Zh. Sagymbay, shared practical experience in applying AI tools in the development of educational and methodological complexes. It was also noted that GenAI tools facilitate the preparation of educational and methodological complexes; however, the final academic responsibility remains with the instructor.

The event took place on March 5, 2025, at 14:00 in Room 102 and was organized by the Department of Geography, Land Management and Cadastre.
