Pre-university Education Faculty Members Join KazNU Intensive

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted an expert strategic session titled "Academic Management and Educational Quality: Intensive for Leaders and Educators." Organized by the Department of Academic Affairs, the event served as a key platform for discussing the university's development vectors in the context of digital transformation and rising international educational standards. The primary goal of the intensive was a comprehensive update of approaches to managing the educational process and implementing innovative tools into the daily practice of faculties and departments, directly contributing to the achievement of SDG 4 (Quality Education).

Faculty members and leadership from the Faculty of Pre-university Education took an active part in the session. Their involvement underscores the vital importance of the initial stage of the educational vertical in ensuring inclusivity and continuity of learning. The intensive was divided into five specialized thematic tracks, covering all levels of the teaching staff.

For the deputy deans of academic and methodological work, the "Process Management" track was a priority. Participants, including representatives from our faculty, focused on developing detailed "passports" for key processes: from distributing teaching loads to organizing professional internships. The participation of Pre-university Education faculty allowed for unique expertise in adapting curricula to international standards. This is critically important for effective interaction with international students and the realization of SDG 17, aimed at strengthening global partnerships.

The implementation of these proposed innovations will enable the faculty to not only improve the quality of training for future students but also strengthen the university's position as a leader in creating a modern, flexible, and high-tech educational environment.
