"Taza Kazakhstan – Clean Future": an environmental event for students
On March 11, 2026, an environmental event titled “Clean Kazakhstan – Clean Future” was held at the university for first-year students of the educational program “6B05102 – Biology” within the framework of the “Taza Kazakhstan” project.
The purpose of the event was to develop students’ environmental awareness, increase their responsibility for environmental protection, and promote a culture of caring for nature and maintaining cleanliness.
During the event, students delivered presentations on environmental protection, current ecological problems, and possible solutions. They also prepared and defended posters on environmental topics, presenting their ideas on nature conservation and environmental sustainability.
In addition, interesting quiz questions, educational games, and interactive activities were organized to increase students’ engagement. Participants answered questions related to ecology and environmental protection, demonstrating their knowledge and interest in environmental issues.
The event contributed to improving students’ environmental literacy and strengthening their sense of responsibility for protecting the environment.
