Training on the topic "Work culture and occupational safety"
The Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, together with the staff of the construction company Lucku Build, conducted a training on the topic "Work culture and occupational safety" in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals "Partnership for Sustainable Development".
On March 10, 2026, a special training was organized at the TOO "Lucky Build" institution. The main purpose of the event was to increase the level of employee compliance with occupational safety requirements, prevent occupational injuries and strengthen workplace responsibility.
During the training, participants were provided with extensive information on occupational safety rules, observance of order and culture in the workplace, and ways to prevent emergencies. The basic principles of safe work were also explained, and the importance of employee safety was emphasized.
During the event, the participants played games, shared their opinions and discussed various practical examples. Such trainings contribute to the formation of a professional culture of employees, strengthening a safe and effective working environment in the team.
The organizers noted that in the future, it is planned to regularly conduct such training events to ensure occupational safety.
