Spiritual Immunity of Youth: Values in the Information Age

On March 13, 2026, a seminar titled "Spiritual Immunity of Youth: Values in the Information Age" was held in Room 405 for 2nd-year students majoring in "Digital Archiving and Documentation" and "Library Information Systems."

The interdisciplinary event featured prominent speakers: Professor N.K. Alpysbaeva from the Faculty of History and Senior Lecturer D.O. Baizhanova from the Faculty of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence. This collaboration allowed for a deep dive into how traditional values intersect with modern technological challenges.

Professor Alpysbaeva highlighted the role of national identity in preserving social stability, while Ms. Baizhanova focused on media literacy and the ethical use of AI. The students, who are future custodians of digital and physical knowledge, discussed strategies for navigating the complex information landscape without losing their cultural and moral integrity. The meeting concluded that developing a "spiritual immunity" is essential for professional success and personal growth in the 21st century.
