Associate Professor-Researcher Makpal Seitzhanova’s research results published in an international scientific book

Associate Professor-Researcher of the Department of Chemical Physics and Materials Science, Makpal Seitzhanova, contributed to the international scientific book Nano-Enabled Environmental Remediation Strategies, published by Apple Academic Press.
As part of this publication, she authored Chapter 6 titled “Synthesis of Graphene-Based Membranes from Rice Husk for Desalination Applications.” The chapter focuses on the synthesis of graphene-based membranes derived from rice husk and their application in water desalination processes. The work highlights modern, efficient, and environmentally sustainable solutions for water purification using nanotechnology.
The book covers a wide range of topics related to the application of nanomaterials in addressing pressing environmental challenges, including water and air purification, pollution monitoring, and the development of innovative technologies.
In addition, Makpal Seitzhanova has recently published a research article in the international journal Molecules, demonstrating the high level of her scientific activity and international recognition.
