The staff of the Department of Language and General Education Training of Foreigners of the Faculty of Pre-university Education celebrates the decade of Nauryznamа with sincere enthusiasm. The teachers of the department consider one of their tasks to be the popularization of Kazakh national traditions, customs, and rituals. This is an integral part of providing quality education to foreign students. That is why, in addition to language subjects, the curriculum includes subjects such as "Regional Studies", "History and Culture of Kazakhstan", "Intercultural Communication". In addition, it should be noted that a lot of educational work is carried out by the curators-advisors of the department, which is difficult to overestimate. Teachers conduct educational events of various formats with foreign students. The days preceding March 21-23, one of the main holidays of our country, are no exception. Listeners will learn with genuine interest about the significance of each day of the decade from March 14 to March 23, getting acquainted with the culture, traditions and history of our country. After all, every day of the ten-day event is deeply symbolic and addresses universal human values that are close to every citizen of planet Earth. Learning about the culture and traditions of the multinational people living in our country, students from abroad perceive the language and mentality of the ethnic groups inhabiting Kazakhstan with a broader understanding. All this contributes to the creation of a positive image of our country, our people, and our university.
