Organization and Development of Business in the Production of Construction Materials

On March 18, 2026, the Department of Economics held a master class with Makhtal Sapargalikyzy, founder of Talases Tarlanes Stroy KZ LLP. The speaker, with over 16 years of managerial experience in the construction industry, presented practical aspects of business operations, including the organization of production processes, personnel management, and the development of the construction materials market. Under her leadership, the company has been successfully operating in the Kazakhstani market, providing employment for more than 200 professionals and serving as a manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of construction materials.

The event was attended by third-year students of the «6В04103-Economics» program. The session was conducted in an interactive format with the analysis of real-life cases, which enhanced student engagement. As a result of the master class, agreements were reached to develop cooperation, including organizing industrial internships, providing mentorship to students, and considering graduates as part of the company’s talent pool.

Such events contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), strengthening collaboration between academia and industry.
