Objectives of the Event:
· To explain to students the meaning and significance of a culture of responsible work.
· To foster professional ethics and adherence to workplace discipline.
· To develop effective work habits and a responsible approach to professional duties.
Course of the Event:
At the opening of the seminar, the lecturer elaborated on the concept of a culture of responsible work and its importance in professional life. Famous quotes from prominent figures and best practices in the field of professional ethics were presented and their practical significance was discussed.
During the main session, students participated actively and expressed their views freely. Group work was organized, with students divided into several small teams. Each team analyzed situational tasks and proposed concrete ways to uphold responsibility and workplace discipline. Students examined real professional scenarios through role-playing activities, thereby developing their decision-making skills.
Closing Session:
At the end of the seminar, a reflection exercise was conducted. Students wrote their answers to the question: "How can I increase my sense of responsibility at work?" and shared their thoughts with the group. Most students highlighted the importance of meeting deadlines, establishing effective communication within a team, striving for professional growth, and maintaining workplace discipline.
Outcomes:
· Students gained a clear understanding of the importance of a culture of responsible work;
· The level of professional ethics and discipline is expected to improve, and the culture of effective work will be strengthened;
· The level of mutual cooperation and respect among students increased;
· Qualities of initiative and responsibility were clearly demonstrated.
In conclusion, the seminar achieved its intended goals. Students engaged actively and gained a deeper understanding of the value of professional responsibility and work culture. It is planned to continue organizing events of similar educational and professional significance in the future.
