JSC “Otbasy Bank” Announces a Lending Program for Young Scientists for 2023–2027

JSC “Otbasy Bank” has announced a lending program for young scientists for 2023–2027.

            In order to implement the cooperation agreement between the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Chairperson of the Management Board of JSC “Otbasy Bank” under the lending program for young scientists for 2023–2027 (funded by the Bank’s own resources), the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan has announced the launch of this program.

          Young scientists (up to and including 40 years of age) who are in need of housing, have at least 3 years of research experience, hold a degree not lower than a Master’s degree, and work in scientific organizations and higher education institutions subordinate to the Ministry and the Science Committee are eligible to participate. This also includes those involved in scientific projects and programs under grant or program-targeted funding, including projects aimed at the commercialization of scientific and technical results.

          To receive a referral for participation in the program and for additional information, young scientists of the university may contact the Department of Science and Innovation.
