Students of Al-Farabi KazNU organized a grand flash mob, launching the challenge "Qayirimdy Qogam". More than 5 thousand students from different Faculties have gathered in front of the monument to the Great thinker Al-Farabi, whose 1150th anniversary is being celebrated by the whole world under the auspices of the UNESCO.

This unprecedented project launched a relay of good deeds in the country to remind us of the values that Al-Farabi saw as fundamental to humanity: kindness, decency, honesty and justice.

Anyone can participate in this challenge. To do this, it's sufficient to publish a post, photos or video on social networks about good things, virtuous and good deeds. The organizers of the challenge offer to pass the baton and accompany it with the hashtag #AlFarabiQQ.

«The Great Al-Farabi said that «happiness – it is a goal that is achieved by virtue deeds». It is possible for every human being to do good deeds and make himself and others happy. If each of us strives for self-improvement and good deeds, together we can turn Kazakhstan into a successful, virtuous country – the Nation of strong and responsible people», - noted the student of the second year Hassan Nursat who took part in the flash mob.

The project aims to develop a youth volunteer movement, strengthen social solidarity and organize action groups to address not only global problems, but also local communities and help specific people. Challenges will fill media space with positive content and remind ourselves of the importance of being caring, and helping people in difficult situations by real action with compassion and consideration.
