Sustainable development is a key challenge for Kazakhstan. It includes economic development, social development and environmental protection. For this, it is necessary to educate a conscious, mature generation of human qualities. And to fulfill these important tasks, educators of the nation - teachers must work hard. In this regard, it is worth noting the importance of the conference, which is traditionally held annually as part of the Farabi readings. There are various topics for research on various issues of public importance. The VII International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists “Farabi World” of the Faculty of Journalism of the Kazakh National University was attended by students, undergraduates, doctoral students, as well as teachers and heads of the Department of Journalism at the Department of Print and Electronic Media. The first section of the section in the Kazakh language was headed by such as members of the commission, Professor Sultanbaeva G.S. Dod the leadership of Ph.D., Professor K. There is no doubt that the work of young researchers, which began with a brief report, will in future be able to switch to a wider channel and contribute to the scientific level of the university. The university’s initiative, which intends to become a research university in the future, will be filled with such work.
