Poetry Reading
Poetry Reading was organized by Teachout Woden, well known Professor of Union Institute & University (UI&U), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. The University of Cincinnati (UI&U) is a private research University located in the city of Cincinnati, Ohio State, USA. It is part of the Ohio state University system and the oldest institution of higher education in Cincinnati.
The purpose is to introduce the personality of the American popular poet Hubert Jackson, an essay on his life, and the main motives of his works.
The guests of the poetry reading were teachers of al-Farabi Kazakh National University, M.Auezov South Kazakhstani State University and students from the USA, China, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
Mr. Jackson presented four books of his poems and recited some of them. The evening passed with an interesting discussion and analysis of G. Jackso's poems in English language. Poetry of "human dignity", which gives high moral guidelines, pushing for new awareness, making you appreciate life and experience.
