Managing PhD training through the BOSCARDI project approach

On February 3, 2021, the Higher School of Economics and Business hosted an online seminar organized by the Young Scientists Council on the topic: "Managing PhD training through the BOSCARDI project approach".

Speaker of the seminar: Akzambekkyzy Akbota - PMI PMP, Leader of changes "El Umiti", Director of the CCS SPM of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The purpose of the seminar:

• Teach BOSCARDI's project approach to managing research projects
• To instill the skills of using project tools on the example of PhD training
• To teach how to transfer the acquired knowledge to future research projects
