Master-class of the editor-in-chief

On August 21, 2021 year in the videoconference mode, a creative meeting of students studying at the military department of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with the editor-in-chief of the Republican military-patriotic newspaper "Sarbaz" Aliya Mayseitova was held.

The meeting was held in the format of a press conference, at which students studying in the military accounting specialty "Military Journalism" acted as organizers of the event. During the meeting, the editor-in-chief of the central body of the military press of Kazakhstan Aliya Mayseitova spoke about the history of the newspaper "Sarbaz", the prospects for the development of the print press and the popularization of military-patriotic topics in our society. The press conference at some point turned into the format of an interesting and bright lesson, during which students not only asked questions, but also answered the editor's questions themselves and shared their opinions about the future of the media, problems and features of journalistic activity. The keen interest of all participants of the meeting was aroused by the answer and counter question of Aliya Mayseitova about the formula for success in any kind of action.

It should be noted that in 2017, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the military department of Al-Farabi KazNU and the editorial office of the Republican Military-Patriotic Newspaper "Sarbaz", which allows for better training of future military journalists. Following the results of the press conference, an agreement was reached on the regular holding of master classes on the problems of modern journalism by the editor-in-chief and employees of the newspaper "Sarbaz" with students of the military department.

The head of the military department, colonel of the reserve Azhimov O.V. encouraged the most active participants of the event, these are students Zhamantai Nadir, Autova Aida, Samarkhan Sanzhar, Akhmetova Anara and Zhumagaziev Akniet.
