The Department of Kazakh Literature and Theory of Literature of Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with "Alau" , the Childre's Rehabilitation Center (Almaty) within the framework of "Spiritual rebirth" program. According to this agreement, the teaching staff will provide a support in terms of the younger generation spiritual and moral education.
Within the agreement the Department of Kazakh Literature and Theory of Literature shall:
- organize and hold festive events dedicated to the New Year, Nauryz, Childre's Day;
- provide a support in the formation of the Center library fund;
- organize societies which will develop children’s creative abilities;
- hold meetings devoted to the history, culture and literature of the Kazakh people, reading evenings;
- publish educational and methodological literature devoted to the study of Kazakh literature and the literature role in the personality development together with the Center staff.
