On November 25, 2022, the event on the topic "Kazakhstan is My Homeland", dedicated to the Independence Day of Kazakhstan, was held with the 1st year students of the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences. The purpose of this event is to instill a sense of patriotism, love for the homeland, its customs and traditions in the students. Students sang the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, made the reports on the history, the geography and the culture of Kazakhstan, recited poems about the homeland, sang modern English and Kazakh songs and took part in the quiz about Kazakhstan.
