Conference on the topic: "We are against corruption"

According to the UN, December 9 is the International Anti-Corruption Day. In order to study and counteract this social phenomenon on December 1, 2022, teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages organized a conference, which was attended by more than 70 teachers and students of the Faculty of Information Technology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Students took an active part in discussions on this topic. Presentations, video materials were presented, as well as a quiz was held among the participants of the conferences on cases of correct response in practical encounters with manifestations of corruption. This conference was held in three languages (Kazakh, Russian and English).

As a result, the following results were summed up, in which the detrimental consequences of corruption in all spheres of public activity and life were noted.
