"No one is forgotten, nothing is forgotten!"

On November 26, 2022, at 14.00, an educational event was held at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology. The topic of the event was "No one is forgotten, nothing is forgotten!" which was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the legendary Hero, daughter of the Kazakh people Manshuk Mametova, was held within the framework of "Partnership to achieve goals" project.

The Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology, Galeeva A.K. made a welcoming speech. She said that these events played an important role to develop younger generation’s patriotic feelings, and to instill a sense of duty to heroes and the Motherland in young people.

There were also guests from the 28th Manshuk Mametova Lyceum school, where Manshuk Mametova studied: teacher Sokolova N.M. and the president of the school, a student of the 9th grade, Abdieva A. They told the students about Manshuk Mametova Museum and the glorious Kazakh girl’s life and deeds. The students of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology organized a concert, which began with the performance of the national Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan. There was a minute of silence was in memory of Manshuk Mametova and the heroes of the Great Patriotic War. They read poems, sang songs, performed the dance: "Alga Kazakhstan", prepared a sketch about one moment from Manshuk Mametova’s life. In general, the event was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
