Professor of Turkey is visiting our department

Professor of Yildiz Technical University (Turkey) Mr. Naji Yastykly attended a 1-month lecture on “Photogrammetry and remote sensing of the Earth” from September 1 to September 30 at the Department of Cartography and Geoinformatics, Faculty of Geography and Environmental Management of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Professor Naji Yastykly was invited within the framework of the program approved by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, conducted by the University, to give special lectures to undergraduates and doctoral students of the department, meet with the teaching staff and conduct a seminar. On September 27, a meeting with Naji Yastykly took place with the participation of the teaching staff, students, undergraduates, doctoral students of our department. During the meeting, the participants asked questions to the professor and exchanged opinions.
