Leadership lecture

On February 15, 2023, the Department of «Business Technologies» organized and conducted a leadership lecture by the director of the consulting company «ULAGAT CONSULTING GROUP» (Astana), expert, Candidate of Economics, Kairlenov Marat Amangeldinovich on the topic: «Technologies of optimization of business processes in small business of Kazakhstan» with the participation of students of 2-3 courses and teaching staff of the department. The purpose of the lecture is to familiarize with the most effective technologies for optimizing business processes in small business in Kazakhstan, based on the study of SMEs in the Almaty region.
