RESEARCH CENTER FOR LEGAL POLICY AND LEGISLATION WILL BE CREATED AT KAZNU

Vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alma Mukanova paid a working visit to the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The guest of honor met with the Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev.

During the meeting, issues of expanding cooperation between KazNU and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan were discussed in order to conduct joint scientific research in the areas of constitutional, administrative and administrative procedural, civil and criminal law.

To carry out this project, it was proposed to create a Research Center for Legal Policy and Legislation with the participation of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Institute of Legislation of the Ministry of Justice. It is planned to concentrate the leading scientific personnel in the field of jurisprudence, including the best specialists of KazNU.

Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev in conclusion noted that the university constantly plays a significant role in the formation of the current legislation of the country and has been at the forefront of the development of legal science and practice.
