Resource Center of American and Democratic Studies held a meeting with audience of the Military College (USA, Washington), MA and PhD students of international relations department. The event was held in the format "presentation-discussion."
During the meeting, MA and PhD students conducted a presentation about Kazakhstan (5-7 minutes) on the following topics:
- History of Kazakhstan;
- Traditions;
- The foreign policy of the RK;
- The policy of democratization;
- Participation in integration processes;
- The relationship between the U.S. and the RK.
After the presentations representatives of Military College asked questions and interested in the opinion of young scholars on specific aspects of foreign policy of RK, expressed an interest in history and traditions of Kazakh people.
In general the event took place in a busy working environment. The organizers were appreciated for the informative presentations and high intellectual and professional skills.
