We are glad to invite you to the international training within the program United Nations Industrial Development (UNIDO), on the topic “Development tendency and trade potential in Central Asia”, which will be held on December, 10-14 at the International Relations Faculty.
The aim of the program – professional development in the qualification of world trade and economy in Central Asia for teaching stuff and RK officials.
The main topics:
Liberalization of world trading and its perspectives for Central Asia
WTO agreements on technical barriers in trading (TBT)
Competitiveness of Central Asian economics
National and regional needs in trading sphere
Establishment of quality infrastructures and standards
Perspectives of Kazakhstani entering the World Trade Organization
The program is holding with participating UN specialists in world trading and world economics:
1. Janek Cukrowski, Doctor of Economics, professor, the head of the UNIDO Institute for the potential development (Vienna, Austria)
2. Roman Mogilevski, Doctor of Economics, professor, UN expert (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan)
3. Serik Iskakov, PhD , Institute of Strategic researches, Ministry of Economics RK (Astana)
The program structure assumes presentations, colloquium, professional consultations, and business games – over 30 hours of active work. It is designed for higher and mid-levels leadership of the country, scientists, specialists, and also professor’s stuff. Participants will be provided with instructional materials, including all the presentations. Participation in the program is free of charge.

Upon successful completion a certificate will be given.
