Japanese tea ceremony was presented at KazNU
International Japanese Fond is the stable partner of the Japan department Cathedra of the Far East and South Asia more than 20 years.
During the whole period of the partnership this fond always provides high qualified specialists for supporting the development of Japanese Studies in KazNU Al-Farabi. Experienced teachers – native speakers assist in providing necessary books, textbooks, dictionaries and audio-video materials, also in the field of teaching methods of Japanese language for teachers of the department. During the period of partnership with Japanese Fond the department was able to get those teachers: Sakkaida T. (1995-1998), Murauchi (1995-1998), Oba (2000-2003), Itabash i(2003-2004), Oshima (2004-2006), Kukimoto Megumi (2006-2007), Suzuki (2008-2010), In Maiko (2010-2013), Aiki Kayo (2013-2015).
In the 2016 year Ms. Onishi Yumi doctor PhD Hokkaido University gained the right to stay in the KazNU Al-Farabi. Those days she used for connection with the students and teaching staff. She made the demonstration of tea ceremony ‘’SADO’’, also the ceremony of donning traditional Japanese kimono. The students and Japanese department had an opportunity to repeat those procedures under the supervision of the professional.
