A webinar on "Ensuring biological diversity" was held as part of the implementation of SDG 15

On October 5, 2023, to ensure the achievement of the goals set by the Center for Sustainable Development to the public, Associate Professor of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University G. T. Aigarinovа, 1st-year master's student of the double-degree educational program "Maritime and Energy Law" N. Nagmanov and a master's student of geography and together with students of the specialty The "Сadastre" of the Faculty of Environmental Management held a webinar on the topic "Ensuring biological diversity". The webinar was held at the Biological Museum of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The participants of the webinar got acquainted with the legal status of endangered animals and plants of the Republic of Kazakhstan listed in the Red Book, with a description of the components of biological diversity.
