In order to implement SDGs 4 and 16, within the framework of an open lesson (problem lecture) held on 10.10.2023 by Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law Amanzholov Zhaysanbek Meyrbekuly with undergraduates of the educational program "7M04217 Jurisprudence" on the topic "Management in the field of public finance", the issues of organizing effective management in areas of public finance. Within the framework of the problem lecture, an active exchange of views took place to develop solutions to the most pressing issues of the topic under consideration. It is known that the weakness and inefficiency of government institutions and limited access to government bodies remain a serious threat to sustainable development. In this regard, the issues raised by the lecturer aroused considerable interest among students.
