lecturers of the "Some issues of litigation in the civil process"

On October 12, 2023, under the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals, on the topic "Some issues of litigation in the civil process" under the organization of S.R.Yermukhametova and D.A.Alkebayeva, lecturers of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University candidate of legal sciences, lawyer Akmaral Sagievna Nuraliyeva met with the 4th year students of the Faculty of Law. During the meeting, they discussed the main issues of litigation, the peculiarities of civil cases and changes in the legislation, the features of court proceedings and court practice. During the meeting, students received answers to questions about what future lawyers should be and what they should pay attention to in order to become an advanced and knowledgeable lawyer. They received full answers and shared their thoughts on online case review, major changes in legislation, and questions they encountered in their practice. Students created a free dialogue about the facets and secrets, difficulties and fun of advocacy. At the end of the meeting, lawyer A.S. Nuralieva, a graduate of this faculty, received information about the achievements of her current legal services and scientific works. The meeting had a great impact on students getting information about justice and effective institutions for protection of rights and interests.
