Scientific internship at the University in Siedlce

As part of the implementation of the Sustainable Development initiative, namely Goals 4, Goals 8, Goals 10, Goals 16, Senior lecturer of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law, PhD Yerezhepkyzy Roza from October 25 to October 28 was on a scientific internship at the University in Siedlce, Siedlce, Poland.

The main purpose of the scientific internship is to carry out research work and participate in a scientific seminar, as well as to make a presentation at the II

International Scientific Conference topic: "Refugees in the Politics of Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia Politics – Law – Security – Economy" on October 26-27, 2023, which was held in a hybrid form using the Google Meet platform.

The opening of the conference was addressed by the Rector of the University in Sedltsy, Professor, Doctor of Sciences Miroslav Minkina, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the UVS, Professor, Doctor of Sciences Malina Kashuba, Director of the Institute of Political Science and Administration of the UVS, Professor, Doctor of Sciences Arkadiusz Indraschik. The head of the Organizing Committee of the Conference was PhD Jerzy Szukalski. This event was attended online by a member of the Board - Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Doctor of Law, Professor Erkinbayeva Lazzat Kalymbekovna, Head of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law. During the conference, the participants discussed the representation of refugee issues in the politics of Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia, especially in the light of the events of the last three decades. The interdisciplinary nature of the conference gave the participants the opportunity to take a multidimensional approach to the identified issues. At the end, certificates were issued to all participants.
