The Olympiad is held by the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The purpose of the Olympiad is to foster an active citizenship of students in order to combat corruption; the formation and development of integrity, selection and support of the most talented and gifted students.
The order of the Olympiad:
The first stage is on–line registration of participants of the Olympiad from November 10 to November 15, 2023.
The second stage is the Olympiad itself, held in two rounds.
The first round is testing on November 16, 2023 from 10.00 to 13.00. 60 test questions, the time allotted for solving questions is 60 minutes. One correct answer to a test question is equal to one point. The maximum number is 60 points. Students who score 30 points or more are admitted to the second round.
The second round is held on-line from November 17 to November 22, 2023. It is necessary to submit a video file (download) of a scientific project on the topic "Formation and development of principles of integrity as a basis for countering corruption". The maximum video file time is 3 minutes. The works must be sent to the post office adilek03@mail.ru .
Evaluation criteria of the second round:
 Relevance, form and quality of the presented material – 25 points;
 Scientific novelty of the project – 25 points;
 Originality and creativity of the project – 25 points;
 The practical significance of the project is 25 points .
The maximum number of points is 100.
Students of 1-4 undergraduate courses of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have submitted applications for participation in the prescribed manner are allowed to participate in the Olympiad.
The application approved by the university management is sent by filling out an electronic form with the names of all participants from the university in one application. No more than 10 people from one university are allowed to participate. The composition of participants during the Olympiad is not subject to change.
The personal results of the participants are determined based on the results of the total score based on the results of the two rounds of the second stage of the Olympiad. The winners of the Republican Olympiad will be awarded with diplomas of the 1st (no more than one student), 2nd (no more than two students), 3rd (no more than three students) degree.
Awarding of the winners on November 27, 2023.
Travel expenses of team leaders and participants (travel, accommodation, per diem) are carried out at the expense of the sending organization.
