Moderator was Urisbaeva A.A. As invited speakers was a psychologist E. K. Kalymbetova. K. Kalymbetova and expert psychologist Kudaibergenova A.J. made a report. Within the framework of the online-offline meeting deviant behavior, its main types and psychological characteristics were considered as social behavior that does not conform to the norms established in the society.
