Results of the webinar on the topic: “Theory and practice of interpretation of the application of the law”

On November 24, 2023, at 14:00, senior lecturer of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law, PhD Myrzataev N.D. held a webinar on the topic “Theory and practice of interpretation of the application of the law”. The guest of the webinar was the chief specialist of the Institute of Parliamentarism in the management of the affairs of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Center for Public Legislation and Public Administration, PhD Saulen Nurzhan.
 The webinar is organized within the framework of 4 SDGs. During this event, the text and context of the normative act, methods and types of interpretation of the application of the law, rules, as well as the results of the interpretation of the application of the law and the topic of regulating the interpretation process were widely discussed. The event was organized among the 3rd year students of the Faculty of Law of the specialty “jurisprudence". During the webinar, students openly expressed their thoughts on the topic and took part in questions and answers on this topic. 
In addition, the webinar discussed the relevance of the application and application of the norms of civil legislation in the country-as a form of implementation of the norms of law. The theory and practice of interpretation of the application of law are the most important aspects of legal science and practice. The theory and practice of the interpretation of law are of great importance for the legal system, since they provide stability and predictability in the application of law. They also help to ensure justice and equality before the law, since they guarantee the same interpretation of the law for all citizens.
