Results of the scientific webinar on the topic “Modern legislation and development of civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan”

On the eve of the 90th anniversary of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a scientific webinar on the subject of “Modern legislation and development of civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan” under the leadership of Doctor of Law, Professor Saule Zhusupbekovna Suleimenova, the head of the civil law, civil process and labor law department was held on November 30th, 2023 at the Department of Civil Law and Process, Labor Law within the framework of implementation and achievement of SDG №4 “Quality Education”.
 The 1st-year doctoral student of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Forensics Aidana Zhaxlykyzy Zhaxlyk acted as a moderator and the first speaker. Daniyar Yergaliyevich Dzhaparkulov, the 1st-year doctoral student of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law acted as a second speaker. Yevgeny Yuryevich Moiseyenko, the Director of the Legal Unit of the Dialin LLP made a speech as an invited speaker.
 Modern trends and changes in the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan since its formation were discussed within the framework of the onlne-webinar, as well as the importance of knowledge and study of civil legislation on illustrative examples of the use of civil legislation norms by people in everyday life.
