SDG 1: Universal eradication of poverty in all its forms
On 30.11.2023, within the framework of the implementation of the UN SDGs, in order to provide concrete support to the most vulnerable groups of the population – the disabled and persons with disabilities, the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law held an event "Zhaksylyk zhasayqa zharysayyk". The organizers of the event are the Head of the Department, Doctor of Law, Professor. Kuanalieva G.A., senior teachers Esekeeva A.A. and Umbetov M.N.
Students of the Faculty of Law and teaching staff of the Department organized a fundraiser to support targeted assistance to the disabled, during this action dedicated to the International Day of Disabled People. The International Day of Persons with Disabilities is celebrated worldwide annually on December 3 in accordance with General Assembly resolution 47/3 of October 14, 1992. Its purpose is to promote the rights of persons with disabilities in all spheres of public life, as well as to attract the attention of the general public to the problems of persons with disabilities.
