Peculiarities of human rights protection in the USA".

SDG – 16. Promoting a peaceful and open society for sustainable development, ensuring access to justice for all, and building effective, accountable and participatory institutions at all levels of life.

During the lesson on the subject of "Human Rights" in Group 312 of the Law Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a discussion of the US legal system was held. The speakers - students of group 312 Sultanov Temirlan and Poleshchuk Irina prepared a speech on the topic "Peculiarities of human rights protection in the USA".

The purpose of this lesson is to study the features of the human rights protection mechanism in the United States, to conduct a comparative analysis of human rights protection institutions in the United States and the Republic of Kazakhstan.  Much attention was paid to issues of legal literacy, respect for human rights, and the activities of law enforcement agencies.

Students of the 312th group of the Faculty of Law of KazNU took an active part in the discussion of this issue. 

The organizer is the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
