Results of the scientific seminar on the topic “Rules for performing notarial acts”

In order to implement the SDGs, on November 28 at 12.00 in room 317 of the Faculty of Law, a scientific seminar was held with students of group 108 on the topic “Rules for performing notarial acts.” The moderators of the seminar were the head of the department of civil law and civil procedure, labor law, Doctor of Law, Professor Suleimenova S.Zh. and deputy head of the department for educational and methodological work, associate professor Nurakhmetova G.G. During the seminar, students discussed issues related to the activities of a notary, and also voiced their opinions about notarial actions. During the scientific seminar, questions about improving the law “On Notaries” were also raised.1st year students actively discussed the rules for performing notarial acts. The purpose of the seminar is to improve students' literacy.
