"Social and legal foundations of countering domestic violence. Protection of human rights from domestic violence"

November 29 , 2023  during the lesson on the subject of "Human rights" in group 312 of the Law Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a discussion was held on the mechanism for protecting human rights from domestic violence.

Speakers - students of group 312 Sabetbekov Nurmukhamed and Marsova Gyuzyalnur prepared a speech on the topic "Social and legal foundations of countering domestic violence. Protection of human rights from domestic violence".

The purpose is to consider the novelties proposed in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning combating domestic violence, to conduct a comparative analysis with the legal practice of foreign countries. Much attention was paid to the legal culture of the Kazakh society, the prevention of offenses in the field of domestic violence.

Students of the 312th group of the Faculty of Law of KazNU showed high interest in the topic of discussion and took an active part in it. A debate was held on this topic.
