Gulnara Rakhimzhanovna Useynova was born on October 21, 1966 in Almaty. After graduating from secondary school No. 9 with a gold medal, he entered the Faculty of Law of KazGU named after S. M. Kirov.. In 1989, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of S. M. Kirov Kazakh State University. After graduating from graduate school in 1994, he was invited to the Department of Theory and History of State and Law as a teaching assistant. In 1996, under the guidance of Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor Sartaev S. S. 12.00.01-theory and history of state and law "Sh. Gulnara Rakhimzhanovna Useynova devoted her whole life to scientific activity and made an invaluable contribution to the development of legal education in the country. He was the founder of the Anti-Corruption Technologies Research Institute, created within the framework of a scientific and educational cluster to provide scientific and methodological assistance in combating corruption at all levels of the educational process.
