On December 12, 2023, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Customs, Financial, and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, PhD Nakisheva M. K., conducted a seminar with first-year master's students specializing in jurisprudence. The seminar, titled "December 16 - Independence Day," witnessed students presenting a wealth of information about the December events.
The December events underscored the historical role of the Kazakh people in awakening true national consciousness and attaining independence. In reflecting on the December events, students highlighted the heroic efforts of the youth who fought and sacrificed their lives for the freedom of the people.
In commemoration of Independence Day, students recited poems, showcased a documentary, and performed a scene. The students demonstrated patriotic sentiments, expressed love for their Motherland, and expressed confidence that, in the future, they would become worthy citizens of our country.
