Webinar on the topic "Human rights as the main value of the rule of law" within the framework of SDG - 16 "Peace, justice and strong institutions"

15.12.2023 teacher of the Department of theory and history of state and law, constitutional and administrative law N. Zhumadilova held a webinar for students of the Faculty of law on the topic "Human rights as the main value of the rule of law" within the framework of SDG - 16 "Peace, justice and strong institutions".

During the webinar, it was discussed that the solution of key issues related to the observance of human rights is a complex, labor – intensive, purposeful task that depends on the efforts of each of us. In addition, publicly recognized acts on international law signed by the Republic of Kazakhstan were analyzed.

We must not allow anyone to violate the human rights enshrined in the Constitution and laws and degrade the dignity of the country. Human rights in modern times are a powerful part of universal culture.
